Did they mention about share consolidate ? Will they give us a fair price?
Anyone here know here one how it works? If I have 25lots.after consolidate become 5lots..than the dividen will increase to 0.05 is it?

Yes its just the usual 5 become 1 for those less than 20c counters to become more than 20c. Yes share price and dividend will be 5 times the old value..

You actually lose or gain nothing. You hold the same interest in the company before and after the share consolidation.

By right, the free float should remain the same, after consolidation.

u are right, % wise of total shares "free float" is same, but quantity wise, the gross number of "free floating" shares should be 1/5 of previous number. Opposite of a stock-split.
