4. That's what I mean by law supporting and creating an excellent business environment and, in its own way, also helping to make Singapore the best center for law in the entire region - we are now well ahead of Hong Kong.

ai ya, at this moment, better stick to 6.9m aka the HNWP will have to wait for 2030.
we need time for MRT/Bus network to pull their socks up.
we also need time for KBW to build all the BTO flats and stablise the lopsided ppty market.
Medical and education policy also need to tune up too.

once we got the 6.9m up and running in 2020 smoothly, 8 million in 2030 should be no brainer.
