Hi corydorus, I got all these figures from Kingsmen's quarterly results on SGX under the commentary segment.

Another element that I put my eyes on is the "new order won".
Note: I am well aware of the lumpiness, it is just one element out of many in the lattice.

Hi ksir, what does the "Days" column under the Orders Tracking refers to? Are these figures from an app that the public can download? Thanks for sharing!

That is the difference between current q as per date - previous q as per date.
Eg: 13-May minus 26-Feb.
The "new order" should be read in ratio with the "days".

This is rather significant contract!

I have not caught up with Kingsmen Creatives, but I am that type of investor that looks into assets to back the share price.

Noticed it is trading more than 2x P/B, any reasons why? I understand that Kingsmen is in a sweet spot of the burgeoning MICE and attraction sector.

Is a design service industry so using P/B will be way off.
EPS and dividend yields are closer. People who buy it may also look for consistent growth business overtime.

Kingsmen bags S$25.2m KidZania contract
It will provide fit-out works for the centre at Palawan Beach

KINGSMEN Creatives has clinched a S$25.2 million contract involving fit-out works for KidZania Singapore, a children's indoor edu-tainment centre that is springing up at Sentosa's Palawan Beach next year.
The mainboard-listed communication design and production group secured the contract through its wholly owned subsidiary Kingsmen Exhibits.
"The contract involves the construction and maintenance of fit-out works for the attraction, and is expected to be completed by 2015," Kingsmen Creatives said yesterday.
KidZania is part of a global edu-tainment chain headquartered in Mexico City. Positioned as Singapore's first indoor family edu-tainment centre, it will have the setting of a "city" built to scale for children.

The most valuable asset of a design service company, is the skillsets of its staffs, which is hardly captured in balance sheet. I agree with Cory, valuation base on PB will mislead you.

Thanks both corydorus, and CityFarmer moderator.

I am still trying to understand many companies. Cheers!
