1. Share suspended since 20 Jan 2020
2. Seek waiver to release Financial statement as restructuring exercise is going on and affected Design Studio ability to announce unaudited and audited financial statements; the presentation before outcome of restructuring exercise may be misleading to readers.
3. However, HY2020 management accounts shall be provided to Depa (majority indirect shareholder) for Depa financial reporting due to compliance (listed in Nasdaq Dubai).
4. Depa provided a shareholder loan of S$7m and parent company guarantee to secure a portion of Design Studio credit facilities, proposing to procure rescue financing for the group to support its operations during the restructuring exercise.
