Not so much on office but retail . About 22m SF of new retail spaces are being built in KL city and the surrounding , expect competition for tenants will be fierce .

Starhill Gbl is passing the savings from staff pay cut to unitholders via a 10% reduction in base management fees payable by SGREIT for the next three
months effective from April 2020.
