Minister Khaw has mentioned the ramp up of supplies of HDB will need to taper off after 2015 to perhaps 15000 units or less, given the average of 30000 units from 2016 onwards, that means 15000 from private sector to pick up the slack, sound like the construction boom is going to continue unabated.
