I notice in sg if a person is harmed for fooling around with somebody's wife - he is a victim in the eyes of our courts. But that he is a family wrecker is ignored, I wonder if there is a double standard here? The government tries to portray itself as pro-family values but the courts doing things differently what gives?
An extramarital affair is morally wrong, but legally not wrong in jurisdictions of most countries. In other words, you will not be prosecuted in court for that, but the affairs might have legal consequences together with other cases e.g. a divorce.

It takes 2 hand to clap. What the husband did is murder and taking e law in his own hand. Things would turn out differently if he use the law in his own advantage.

huh? So have to kill just because of humiliation? Get a divorce and get on with his life. If he wants e children he should be able to get it. What's the big ego for?

Sometimes we may need to be more open-minded. When there is extramarital affair, something is already wrong with the marriage. Rather than focus on the symptoms to fix, which only prolong the suffering, it does surface the problem on which the root cause maybe the main problem to manage.
