discriminatory employment is just a small part of the problem.

once you are employed, there are your foreigner boss & colleague who make the locals job so difficult that they quit on their own accord? so as to make way for their own ppl. There are many ways to do it, like verbal abuse, etc.

So after forcing the locals out, they can always say the locals sucks and turnover very fast.

One thing that has yet be done is a research on which sectors require foreign labours. Jobs that sinaporeans really will not take up. But for jobs like admin, QA, finance etc should be easiliy filled by Singaporeans. But somehow, I wonder why most times PRs r treated same statues as citizens.

PR not = SG Citizens. If same benefits, stay PR and 一脚踏两船
PAP Govt waking up to that idea. Policy changing.

I think if the GOV of the day is SERIOUS about this matter, it should be every company should employ a certain quota of Singaporeans before allow to look else where. In this way companies CEO by FTS can not play punk anymore. Neither can all the floor FTS workers gain up to play punk with Singaporeans.

i think only this way is for real if the GOV of the day is SERIOUS about Singaporeans come first. So far (for me) it is in the name 101% MERITOCRACY that all common Singaporeans have to bear the burden. Definitely not the Singaporean Elite Class. They have been enjoying life man!
That's why one Old-Man called Singaporeans daft and not hungry enough. i think he is correct in a way. We are after all these years we still can't really have a voice in parliament.
IMHO.
WB:-

1) Rule # 1, do not lose money.
2) Rule # 2, refer to # 1.
3) Not until you can manage your emotions, you can manage your money.

Truism of Investments.
A) Buying a security is buying RISK not Return
B) You can control RISK (to a certain level, hopefully only.) But definitely not the outcome of the Return.

NB:-
My signature is meant for psychoing myself. No offence to anyone. i am trying not to lose money unnecessary anymore.

Cannot la. No affirmative action. Then we will be moving towards the 'Bumiputera policy' like the one up north. You know how cock up that policy is. For bumi & non-bumi.

Anyway, PAP ticket is no longer secure ticket to Parliament. More will bail if the party STILL parachute people from Admin Services into MPs seats.
The middle level cadres will 'chow lang'

Wah bro... you come across? I saw an article on ZAOBAO once, the lady lost 10kg working as housekeeping reporting to the some FT bosses. She was the only local person before she left.

I saw posts with company name and accusation of discriminatory recruitment, and the supporting statements were hearsay.

There are companies been penalized by MOM on the discrimination, but this company is not in the list. To be fair to the company, all posts on the accusation are removed. All similar posts will be removed, unless objective facts demonstrated.

Thanks

Thanks.

I missed them. May be the postings done during the moment I removed the previous few, and I didn't refresh and double-checked.
