But whether competition are going against them is another question. Based on their FY2013 results, they are still facing high operations cost issue.

(not vested)

Jason listed only 2 years and already in red , lost 1.9m in first half of 2013. Small company can also lose so much .
SGX should check all these companies why they lose so much money immediately after listing . It is the retail investors who lose their monies.

High cost of transportation and manufacturing of materials are challenges faced by material companies, the lack of efficient and cost effective logistics / manufacturing plants will increase their burdens. Bigger companies tend to have a advantage over start-ups. Unless start-ups can find a way to mitigate these costs.

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING IN RELATION TO THE PROPOSED
ACQUISITION OF THE ENTIRE ISSUED AND PAID-UP SHARE CAPITAL OF TOP
CREATION INVESTMENT (HK) LIMITED (“MOU”)
– LETTER OF EXTENSION

http://infopub.sgx.com/FileOpen/JH_MOU_E...eID=299463

Share price reacted positively (more than double) because of this MOU , if the deal is call off , would the share price back to square one ?
