You probably have to be more specific regarding "good" as well as "similar valuation".
I have a whole list of profitable listco. with plenty of net cash and trading at discount to NAV, I am sure other VBs here also have their own list ;P
And as scg8866t mentioned, New Toyo is a good listed company with pretty good and IMO better valuation than Teckwah.
Another one of similar valuation to Teckwah I am following is LHT Holdings.
Follow uncle Chua Tian Poh, hold tight tight to Teck Wah.

Yesterday (20Feb17) Teckwah closed at a new high of $0.44. Let's hope the coming FY16 full-year result announcement will bring more cheers!
Meanwhile, it is useful to know Teckwah better by watching its business video and reviewing the many positive customer testimonials....

@ luckystar : you can get cheap when it goes down again, probably after XD, but make sure you have spare cash sitting around. No harm posting good things and sharing. Even if you don't some other VBs will be happily posting too. Just make sure u buy in ur allocation and commit to hold till it hit overvalued status lol...

Just released FY16 full-year result makes interesting reading....
http://infopub.sgx.com/FileOpen/FY16_SGX...eID=440750
Rock-solid operating results - especially from the Non-Print segment - under the prevailing tough economic/market conditions! Just try to imagine when volume demand for the more traditional Print segment returns to a more normal state or growth - and it will happen sooner or later! - Teckwah as a group would probably have a Revenue in excess of $200.0m and a NP in excess of $15.0m as an annual base.
Steady increase in operating cash generation (after accounting for changes in working capital items) which reached after-tax $28.72m (equivalent to $0.123/share) in FY16, with net cash reserve as at 31Dec16 stood at $28.5m (equivalent to $0.122/share). NAV/share as at 31Dec16 stood at $0.6267, before accounting for the hidden value in owned industrial properties including HQ building Pixel Red which should be quite substantial.
A higher final dividend of $0.015/share (vs. $0.01/share in last FY15) declared, making a total of $0.02/share for FY16. Based on the growing operating cash generation and net cash reserve, muted capex, and the fast-falling borrowings level of $13.9m (down $6.0m YoY) as at 31Dec16, Teckwah is clearly in a position to pay out a lot more dividends going forward.

Another great set of results. And increase dividend some more. Like that how to get cheap? Hmmm.....
