Infrastructure plays especially those dealing with ports and roads?
Looks like after the condos are completed, the capacity will shift to building the sea ports and airports. All massive undertakings

I am not privy to such information. I just read the news as reported.
Maybe someone in the construction industry would remember seeing any request for proposals and can answer your question.

Tenders

I suppose since it's a Joint Development, there's no need to invite tenders?

Thanks! Webmaster must be on leave...Tongue
But, the links works!

Extracts from you links,

Following a competitive process which involved experienced local and foreign developers, CAG is working with CapitaMalls Asia on the concept and plans of Project Jewel. CapitaMalls Asia is one of the largest listed shopping mall developers, owners and managers in Asia. The two parties are also exploring a joint venture partnership to develop and manage Project Jewel when it is completed. This process is expected to be concluded by the end of the year.

Just a side-note,

I am quite surprised and appalled by the amount of whining and cynicism I received as reaction to NDP rally.

Come on la, develop paya lebar, you complain only for the rich, backyard for FT, of course it must be pay off la, all these social spending! I foresee taxes (most prob GST) going up after next election. What do you expect? free lunch?

Things like:
Of course la, you should pay for my medical bills long ago, whats the difference with the PSLE and P1 enrollment... rolled eyes...
Build airport, so many ppl come here meh, not crowded enough meh

Or am I the only one hearing these things???
