I am still very interested to know who the selling party related to philip securities is. Their valuation of penguin and our ppl valuation of penguin is approx 50% different . To summarize, my valuation of penguin is 45 cents.

We will only know 6 months later who was right. But hey this is the stock market. We speculate that we are right in order to accumulate wealth

If a substantial shr holder sell. He got to announce right? Or can he sold a little without announcing?

I have been purchasing penguin shares. And most of the time it is Philips who sold it to me. Does any1 know if philip brokerage has any link to any of the top 20 shareholder or affiliation to penguin. Otherwise my gut feel is many ppl at Philips are shorting this stock

From what i rmb, u are only needed to disclose if u breaches a % point. There is no need to disclose if u are selling from 6.5% to 6.4%.

Another qn i wants to ask: why CDP can't keep track of it ?
