Even after giving out this year 50 cents dividend, NSL still have 72 cents left in bank. Seems like our future dividend payouts are secured for the next 7 years assuming 10 cents payout a year. Looking forward to AGM...!
wah $2 liao still more people jumping in, wonder how high it will go before XD. Already go beyond the 50cents announced.. Wonder if management will really use the other half of the proceeds to reinvest.

Well, I am leaning towards selling rather than wait for the cash.
You can count on the greed of man for the next recession to happen.
It's hard to stop a raging bull, still holding to attend AGM and meet up with the rest of the folks.Give each other a pat on the shoulders and call it a Good day! 27 days to go...

Keep holding on, the best has not come yet :-) if they break up and list/sell, it could worth much more

Definitely worth much more when broken up!

After XD it is very likely that share price will drop more than 50 cents as NAV will be only $1.35 and residual business will not be generating much earnings. Lack of liquidity will cause it to go back into obscurity, until the next special DIV It will be worth another reinvestment if company does some smart investment like BST was previously and boosts profits.
