Indeed. I know someone with the 2 for 1 rights issue at 5 cents. On paper, he would pay about 300 bucks for shares which are trading at 2.39. Unless Blumont is suspended, he stands to reap a nice profit for just 300 bucks.
But then again, he recognizes that unless money is in the bank, this is just paper profits.
You can count on the greed of man for the next recession to happen.

We have heard multiple stories of people buying bungalows from punting SESDAQ or CLOB as well. Enough said
Some are "lucky" some are not so "lucky"... we always assume we are the former. I belong to the latter so I learnt to keep to those things that I know
Before you speak, listen. Before you write, think. Before you spend, earn. Before you invest, investigate. Before you criticize, wait. Before you pray, forgive. Before you quit, try. Before you retire, save. Before you die, give. –William A. Ward

the dangers of gambling, people are well aware of the dangers and the social problems that comes from it - everybody young and old knows this but why people still queuing to buy 4d/toto people queuing to pay money for admission in to casino. The government knows this and people's concerns and is providing social services on one hand, other hand is giving out gaming licenses why???
The answer is the same with these stocks, you can spend all the money to put all the public education on dangers and pitfalls of speculation I can bet with all of you in the next 100 years time people will still speculating in property stocks and shares, ever hear the saying speculation is as old as the hills? So should we criticize this or maybe we should instead spend our energies on identifying the next potential and buying them before they become the next hit wonder.

Price still holding so well.

This is a goner. Find some correlation between Asiason, Liongold, chaswood and Blumont. They are all from the same gang of players.. They probably sydnicate a few counters in a market cycle.
Will the music stops soon? |
