Hi,

Been following this thread for a while, interesting analysis done by all.

Here's my thoughts on the business aspect:

1) For those that are doubtful of the sales, and can't find the drinks in many parts of china. Personally, i am not surprise. China is a big place, and i am sure not everyone moves within China to the extent that they are able to visit so many supermarkets. However, do give credit to them being able to participate in Chengdu trade exhibition. This is not a small scale one, and i am sure those without due credits are not able to set up such a big booth.

2) For the "missing cash", where did it go? The fixed assets and prepayments, takes a huge chunk out of it. Ok, it can be fake, as it's just book numbers. But, does television and advertising can be fake? They take prepayments for such contracts if i am correct. Personally, what is Huang's reward to fake so long, when he is in the business for so many years already. The risk and rewards, just do not sound right to me to continue to fake it. I will have run off with whatever i had raised during IPO or the sucker, "Thai investor" joined. I do not see the issue of high receivables since there are no mounting bad debts.

3) I do not think IPO for garden fresh will be soon. But, i do see a slight chance of privatization. This is the most rewarding way for Huang and the Thai themselves for sure. (I do hope IPO is still on though) Is it expensive if they buy open market? No, it's dirt cheap for them now, it should cost them less than $200m (deducting their own shares, and including some premium).

4) What is valuable in Sino G? It definitely must be the network channels in China and Huang's expertise to bring all these together and function in the right way. In such trading business, supply chain is the most important to manage. Furthermore, the company has networks to China, europe, hk, thailand now, and in the near future, we might be seeing Taiwan as well. So, if you think carefully, this company is moving in the right direction.

After all above, what does it takes for the share price to rise?? Clarity.. Once management are able to share the news over these few issues, CB1 and CB2, new investor,IPO and cash collections. This will be shooting up. I do think more will be shed within a month's time since the blackout period is over.

All said, above is all my own opinion only.

Sometimes insiders or majority shareholders buys to support the share price. It is in their own interest to maintain a certain value for various reasons and is no guarantee that it will not drop further. The CEO and directors of Nobel spent many million buying up it's coy shares at around $1. The current market price is only 40 cents plus !

On what basis you say that the Thais are throwing away money to buy up Sino shares?

They bought  again yesterday.

Dear Cracker,

You sound very wise. Im new in this, have some noob question for u :

1. How to you know that the people here out-source their research to the Thais?

2. You are very interested in this stock hence you do intensive research right? It cant be for leisure only right? Hence i take your comment seriously.

3. Your statement suggested that you have a substantial sample size data in your research for Garden Fresh's Popularity. Mind sharing Which MaMa's shop you visited? And how many & Where?

4. Since you said This is just a 2% in the Thai's portfolio right? Can you do a table and show us / me , your understanding of the Thai's investment portfolio ? Please..

4. I can not understand why Mr Pryudh and his son would spend time and effort to sit in the boardroom since sino grandness is just a toy in their TOYS"R"US ....

5. I also can not understand why are we all here as well....

Lastly, Your Clarification is important for me to assess this company . Seriously im sure you know more than us Smile thanks for sharing man !

It's funny how you're willing to outsource all your research to the Thais when far more prominent investors than TTA have got things wrong in other investments before.

To the Thais, this investment is just 2% or less of their overall portfolio. They can afford to be wrong. Can you?

The rest are skeptical on the company sales and growth performances. The Thai interest, is mainly on its distribution network, based on my limited reading on announcement. Of course, the rest is a bonus to the Thai.

There might be a scenario, all are not wrong. The Thai isn't ignorant, while the skeptical on company sale/growth isn't without reason(s).

(just sharing a thought, after reading the posts here)

So far, the Thais seem to be benefited from recognising SFI's income as a line item on it's PL, but only paying half for this privilege. This could be the reason why (I tend to try to interprete what things look like, rather than what they sound like). Since SFI doesn't pay a dividend, the earnings for TTA aren't really that 'solid' persay and the real situation (free cash flow) is somehow glossed over.
For SFI to pay a dividend, it has to be able to collect a large part of its receivables first (like what happened to China Minzhong)....

Sorry don't understand your post. Are you worrying abt the Thais? The Thais came in with their eyes wide open. They know that they wont be getting the dividend this year. They will get it only in 2016. They have also locked up 46m of their shares for 10 yrs.

If Sinog is a fake and incur loses later on, the Thais will have to share the losses.
