at current price of 0.67 has a P/E of 6.5 , a P/BV of 0.8 and a dividend yield of almost 10%.
Sorry I did not post this before but it just jumped up 10% the day after I bought it  I think it can still be worth buying though.

I'm pleased to see it went up to 0.72 this afternoon , I have no idea of what's boiling in the pot though. might be this http://www.hkexnews.hk/listedco/listcone...021720.pdf , they are probably pumping up the stock price in order to place the new shares at maximum price of 0.80 . I think I will put a sell order at 0.80 for tomorrow.

There seems to be a placing of 70 mil shares by the company at price between $0.65 and $080
