The company isn't listed on SGX any more. So even if they want to announce it on SGX I'm not sure they can.

the final distribution will be paid by CDP on the 13th May 2013 to depositors whose shares are entered in the depository register maintained by CDP on the basis of the number of shares held by a depositor as at the record date. Any depositor whose shares are entered in the depository register maintained by CDP who believes that they are entitled to dividends and or liquidation distributions and who has not received same should refer to the claims process set out below.

I owned some shares of the company and I did not receive the last 2 cents earlier. The last SGX announcement mentioned that we can check the LMA's website for the expected date of payment. When I last checked a few months back, the site mentioned the expected payment date was pushed back to May. When I checked today, it was updated as 13 May.
