有备无患。Its the invisible and unknown that is the darkest, fearful and life threatening.

With global warming, it is a question of whether advanced medical science can control the epidemic before it gets worst.

Like I say, they have promptly identify the strain and probably implementing control measures. The money making drug companies probably intensively looking for new solutions to combat this new strain - so its time that will heal all wounds.

Not just Singapore Malaysia but a global problem since international travel is so cheap and efficient these days.

With so many PRCs in our dear Singapore, it is only a matter of time and likely probable that it could spread to our homeland...

When this happens, property prices will be the 1st to drop ...

The problem now exists in Shanghai area and adjacent provinces of China.

Singapore is very far away from Shanghai and its more likely to spread to Beijing , Tokyo, Seoul , Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong first.

But I have not heard any concern raised in these cities about bird flu affecting property prices.

News indicate that this flu causes your lungs to collapse. Does it have the ability to transmit from person to person or is it still at the stage of birds to people transmission?
