Looks like Pollux is going to both Melbourne and Sydney.

http://translate.google.com.sg/translate...6bih%3D505

"Pollux own a number of properties already in some major cities and developed countries, including Semarang, Jakarta, Lombok, Singapore, Malaysia, and Melbourne."

http://pinnaclesemarang.com/pinnacle-sem...june-2014/

"Currently Pollux are building apartments W / R Simpang Lima located on Jalan Ahmad Yani, The Pinnacle Apartments and Condotels in Pandanaran Road, and the Marquis de Lafayette is located in Youth Road. In another city, Pollux building office complex World Capital Tower in Mega Kuningan area of Jakarta and Chadstone in Cikarang, Amarsvati Resort Condotels in Lombok, Garden Park, Mayfair, Berkeley Square and Pavilion in Singapore, Capital City in Malaysia, as well as Hing Long in Sydney."

Not much info available for the Australia Projects, same for Capital City in Malaysia.

"So what is the difference SLP with other estate agents? According to Djoko, the SLP has several branches in foreign countries. In addition to its headquarters in Singapore, the SLP has opened a branch in China and Indonesia. Next year SLP will have branches in Malaysia and Australia."

SLP expansion plan is in tandem with Pollux's growth strategy.

Hi, I have been tracking this property company ever since I walked past their sales gallery. I decided to google and found out that Pollux is listed.

This is their projection revenue for ALL of their projects. I like that they have most projects sold, and left a few units. However, the danger is, whether they can replenish their landmark and develop new lucrative properties. The environment doens't look conducive - at the moment.

I am surprised Pollux management got high-calibre independent directors from Indonesia. If I am not wrong, Mr. Po's dad is a well-known figure in Semarang?
