Warhol Residences ~ Some Pointers For The Project Team!
[Image: gqeWwPz.png] [Image: VhW8i0O.png] Live cams should be strategically placed to give an unobstruct panorama perspective of the project instead of point focus. [Image: blnCpo9.png] While it may not be mandatory in Indonesia for erection of safety net for high rise building, PP Paton should at least provide the minimum protection for individuals working at height with safety harness and fall arrest system. Any fatal injuries arises from fall will spell a bad name for both builder and developer for many years to come.

Pollux Posted Modest Net Profit Despite Market Doldrums & Escalating Cost!
http://infopub.sgx.com/FileOpen/Announce...eID=299567 The factors that may significantly affect the Group in the next 12 months are as follows: (i) The cumulative impact of the various cooling measures introduced by the Singapore government; and (ii) The implementation of the Total Debt Servicing Ratio (TDSR) framework for property loans in June 2013. The market conditions in the property markets remain challenging. Moving forward, the Group intends to explore opportunities in investment properties in Singapore and the South East Asia region. Barring unforeseen circumstances, the Group also intends to launch the Louis Serviced Apartment in the 2nd Quarter of FY2014. Pollux further prompted RTO game plan to go beyond Singapore!

Pollux News ~ Louis Serviced Residences!
Embarking The New Milestone!
I was nearby at a friend's condominium, and realised that Louis Residences was nearby. I took some photos today.

Despite the not-so-stellar results, I held on to my stock holdings tightly. Pavilion Square wouldn't have happened if not for the Joint Venture with another of Mr Nico Po's company. Mr Nico Po, from the way I see, is determined to push Pollux to shine bright as a star. The mere fact that Pollux Singapore has no land bank in Singapore anymore yet they hiring new staff would point to the direction of more possible acquisitions in Southeast Asia.
