Tinifia Investment Pte Ltd (Holding Company of Macdonald House!)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MacDonald_House

After years of remaining vacant, the building was put up for sale by tender on 5 April 2002, with a net lettable area of about 78,600 square feet (7,300 m2) over ten stories. While the sale was on-going, the building was gazetted as a national monument on 10 February 2003, with the exterior façade coming under protection. The successful bidder, Tinifia Investment, paid S$36 million for the freehold building in 2003, and closed the building for extensive interior renovations costing another S$12 million, including the upgrading of the ceilings, floors, lobby and lifts, and the introduction of carparking facilities with the addition of a mechanical parking system for 30 cars.

See No.4, Pollux Hospitality Pte Ltd (f.k.a Citipoint Global Asset Management Pte Ltd, f.k.a Citipoint Asset Management Pte Ltd)

Citipoint Global Asset Management Pte Ltd was formally under Golden Flower Group Real Estate (Indonesia), but now they have officially placed it under Pollux Hospitality Pte Ltd (Singapore).

More Indonesia properties will be injected into Pollux Hospitality Pte Ltd and it is destined to be spun-off in a couple of years once these properties are mature; perhaps as Pollux Hospitality Reit!

Did Pollux intentionally fail the annual filing, no doubt they have all the means and are more than capable to do so. Could this mean that they are into something very big and are currently sorting out the details, hence missing the filing period as an Acra registered company. Or perhaps, these material info are too sensitive to be submitted prematurely?
