Oh wow! In my case, it was Chrome PDF viewer that was screwing things up for me. So I tried disabling it and viola, no more pain in reading "Dynamic XFA" PDF forms!

Thanks AlphaQuant for the excellent tips.

I just installed Adobe Reader for Android in Google Play. Now it can display 'Disclosure of Interest/Change of Interest' pdf . Swee la.

I suspect you might have been mistaken.

Recently, some companies rasterize their "Change of Interest" PDF files before they upload (presumably via Print to PDF), so that all readers can read. Like this one from Forterra:

http://infopub.sgx.com/Apps?A=COW_Corpor..._1_rjb.pdf

Unfortunately, many are still based on Javascript generated PDF's, like this one from FirstREIT:

http://infopub.sgx.com/Apps?A=COW_Corpor..._FINAL.pdf

I just verified this on both Android & Windows. Do let me know if I'm wrong, thanks.
