SingPost shares fall as chairman designate says no to top job
SINGAPORE (April 7): Shares in Singapore Post have fallen as much as 4.3% to $1.56 on Thursday.
The stock’s steepest decline in about a month coincides with news that its chairman designate Low Teck Seng has changed his mind about taking the job, citing time constraints.
SingPost says the board has accepted Low's decision.

If he's so busy the other side and there is more important, why is he even a board member here then?

recent news are all negative for sing post

Usually a company performs well when there is a passionate leader with a clear plan forward, not just on business performance but also towards shareholder interests.
I don't see it in this board. Shareholders need to be more discerning.
Dividend yield can only be meaningful provided the share price does not erode!
