SBS bus driver?! Tongue
1) Try NOT to LOSE money!
2) Do NOT SELL in BEAR, BUY-BUY-BUY! invest in managements/companies that does the same!
3) CASH in hand is KING in BEAR!
4) In BULL, SELL-SELL-SELL!

i think which choice you decided should be the choice you can live without regret for the rest of your life. And it may not even be the most sensible or best of the choice.
WB:-

1) Rule # 1, do not lose money.
2) Rule # 2, refer to # 1.
3) Not until you can manage your emotions, you can manage your money.

Truism of Investments.
A) Buying a security is buying RISK not Return
B) You can control RISK (to a certain level, hopefully only.) But definitely not the outcome of the Return.

NB:-
My signature is meant for psychoing myself. No offence to anyone. i am trying not to lose money unnecessary anymore.

Hi Cloudman,
You can play with many ideas at this stage.

But b4 you put yr ideas into action, you may like to try to visualize yourself in a new environment, as in new house, and new job.

Go house hunting with your family, and see if the new house is ideal.

Go for job interview, and test how employable you are, and how much employers are willing to pay you.

I think, after going 1 big round, you may love your present house and your present job even more! Ahaha! Anyway, that’s my guess only lah.

You got to try it yourself, and see whether you really want a change at this moment, or stay status quo, and carry on with life, until at least 2 of your children get married, then maybe consider downgrade to a smaller house?

never try never know.
but effect may not be reversible.
go on leave and see if it is more boring
rent another house to see if one can get use to.
have a good day

I did suggest to my family to go view some alternatives but they have been extremely reluctant so I know where they stand on my idea to consider selling Tongue
