I have also added at below 1.1. Interestingly, there hasnt been any buybacks lately.

I'm still patiently waiting. I'd like to see the result first before making any move.
Time to roll!!!

Stock price rose 10 fold after eps rose only 4-5 fold in the past 5 years. It's just correcting back to a reasonable level but not yet at bargain level.

More discounts to come if the company continue to report declining profit margins on subdued revenue growth and higher operating costs amidst the price war.

90c with 5% trailing dividend yield seems reasonable.

Adjusting for the 1 for 1 bonus issue, dividends paid out in 2014 is 4.5c per share. That works out to a yield of about 4.1% based on $1.1 closing price. Whether the company can continue to pay out 4.5c dividend in 2015 is debatable.

Hi,

Comparing with past full year results, Super has an unofficial dividend policy of approx 50% of EPS. Using my own projection of 6.5 cents EPS, expect Supergrp to dish out a total FY dividend of 3.3 cents; thus about 2.3 cents dividend during its 4Q announcement. However, do note since its dividends is dependent on EPS, one has to judge and forecast Super's earning growth potential.

Agree, one's fair value of Super is very dependent on their judgement of future earnings of Super.

FY2014 is clearly a challenging year for Super. I expect Super to begin its recovery in FY2015. Whether or not it will ever return to its heights, it's a different question.

Super requested for Trading Halt. Pending release of results announcement for the third quarter ended 30 September 2014.

Anyone who might know why need trading halt after today's trading when the result is just on monday? Whats the point??

They always release the results at around 1pm so they will halt trading in the morning.

I see.

But what is the rational behind this? Cos other companies dont have this practice. I can only guess it is to prevent company ppl who already knew the results from trading first to ensure fairness to the public?
