if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

wow, german listed building investment offering 12%, wont the germans be fighting over this wonderful investment? i wonder how it can come all the way to singapore...

think about it, if the current german bund 10 year yield is 1.3%, 30 year yield 2.22% (from http://www.bloomberg.com/markets/rates-b...s/germany/), then spidy must be really "kind" to recommmend such a high yield investment

Why they did not manage to get FIs as investors? Retail investors are so cumbersome. Typical unsecured notes cost around 9-11%. If it is asset backed and can generate 12% per year, it is really good lobang!

that has also came across my mind, they have funds from uk Pension funds, but I guess that is a business decision make by the company, to diversify different streams of equity.
It is a good lobang, if you have to done your own due diligence. Smile

Ponzi scheme works by letting earlier people to reap the reward first on the expense of later. Even the name of the site link makes me feel uncomfortable.

go find out how they get this return. Smile

We all used to the traditional type of investments returns because the institutions are the ones to grab all the fat return, and give us peanuts.
