But do they really care ? What so difficult to shed some tears or say sorry this sorry that ?

i think more than 80% of our population is living in HDB. The number one things are more for the Elites of our society. Do you think the HDB is changing or modifying their Food Court rental sublet policy for nothing? No matter what, HDB's Food Court is to stay as one of our our main "basic necessities" in life. Of course the Elites or upper class can choose to eat anywhere in the world. Me & family have depended on HDB's Food Court/Kopitiam's food for daily sustenance for all these years.
Sorry, i think i like to stop here.
WB:-

1) Rule # 1, do not lose money.
2) Rule # 2, refer to # 1.
3) Not until you can manage your emotions, you can manage your money.

Truism of Investments.
A) Buying a security is buying RISK not Return
B) You can control RISK (to a certain level, hopefully only.) But definitely not the outcome of the Return.

NB:-
My signature is meant for psychoing myself. No offence to anyone. i am trying not to lose money unnecessary anymore.
