Am I missing something here? Vingaard has a point there,... where does it say in the circ that Lippo Plaza Buton's rent is 1.242m pls ? Tks Wonghw12,...

Am I missing something here? It is in the same long doc after the part where it tells you the $1.6m rent for SHB. Can try using the find in page function.

Significant sell down of First Reit, which has dropped from $1.42 near the beginning of the year to $1.04 today, with nearly half of the fall this month. Lots of possible issues - specific concerns over Lippo associated companies, possibility of rights issue (?), fall in the Rupiah, more general issues such as rising interest rates. REITS have generally not done well this year, particularly the weaker ones.
Quite a lot of discussion in another forum: http://www.sharejunction.com/sharejuncti...rst%20REIT First REIT has been a very solid performer since the GFC. Subscribing to the rights issue at 50c in December 2010 proved to be very profitable, but will any future rights issues be equally good?

LTM revenue for First REIT = 115m. They have 31.8m trade receivables. TR % of LTM revenue = 27.6%. Why does FIRST Reit even have trade receivables as a landlord? Higher receivables = DPU has to be funded from existing cash balances or debt instead of organic operations or raising the possibility of future lower DPU.
