Maybe privatisation offer coming. Then no need to bother with minority investors.

Everybody keeps talking about privatisation. Its just not going to happen knowing how Boss Lee operates. Privatise for what? Shareholders are paying his salary anyway!

Disclaimer :-
I am not an investment professional. I encourage you to do your own independent "due diligence" on any idea that I write about, because I could be and probably am wrong. Nothing written here is an invitation to buy or sell any particular stock. At most, I am handing out an educated guess as to what the markets may do. The market will always find a new way to make a fool out of me (and maybe, even you!). Even the best strategies of the past fail, sometimes spectacularly, when you least expect it. I am not immune to that, so please understand that any past success of mine will probably be followed by failures
Its my worst investing mistake this year. While it is selling for below NAV and the potential earnings prospect of Waterwoods EC, the ability of minority interests to reap their fair share of rewards is not high. However, things may change when the Lee family increases stake to above 70%. Learnt a valuable lesson from this coy and the importance to view the attractiveness of an investment through the perspective of an passive minority interest
