Yup, 71% of waterwoods is now sold.
Guess I made a mistake to underestimate the sales. If it goes at this rate, 90% plus sales figure is achievable.
My current expected RNAV of Sing is approx 75 cents

Realise one selling point of waterwoods was the fully equipped kitchen in the ec unlike other projects.I understand that a full equip kitchen costs approx $7000- $8000.thus it will be good to factor this into your projection when calculating the cost of the ec development.

Ps not sure if this promo extends to all units or units which have been sold since July 14

sold 2 units on 1 sept. new exexcutive condo(Yuan Ching) will be out later this month. I think sales volume will go down with competition.
