Maybe you should ask how come haven't fall further (and not never fall further). Think it might take a while to fall further.

The stock price was pretty resilient today, considering the fact that Q4 results was such an eye sore, zero revenue, zero cost and zero GP in the financial statement. Hopefully, the weaker holders have already been flushed out, with the remaining die-hards, faithful ones with strong conviction still holding out. But their patience will be severely tested with each passing day / week if it continues to drop bit by bit.

Boss Lee & family should promptly send a strong signal by acquiring some shares in the open market to to support the stock (unless they are prepared to wear a helmet in the next AGM). One example is CFO and CEO of Roxy Pacific who purchased 60 lots and 300 lots 2 days after its results release.

Hi cyc,

I remembered in this section, some1 said Sing Holdings was not favourable to a share buyback. However, something ironic was that CEO bought shares with his own money in the past few times. I am really interested how will Sing Holdings react when it gets the 117 M of Receivables. Will it just pay down debts (LT debts) or will Lee be itchy finger and try to buy land to show he is doing something to justify his big bonus

I wonder who in the rightest sense will buy a unit at waterwood though is a condo unit?
no much amenities, crowded place, ulu, facing the dirty Johor straits, listening to the noisy fighter planes from nearby airbase? and there is history of killings/executions during the ww2?

Yup, he prefers to use the money to buy land instead of share buyback as he feels that it can only artificially support the price. Now, he's just started to explore property development opportunities overseas, likely do a joint venture with another company. He's just simply too cautious and passive as several listed developers have already replenished their land bank by venturing overseas last year.

The last plot of robin residence was purchased in Dec 2011 and he had to sit on it for close to 2.5 years before launching in mid 2014. He made the wrong judgement call by waiting for the new URA master plan in the hope that the plot ratio could increase but eventually it still remained the same. Had he launched the sales in 2013, Q4 FY13 results onwards would be solid, assuming the property does sell well.

Probably he's at a loss for words by the queries you raised or probably got berated by disgruntled shareholders.

Boss Lee shoud give Ang Bao special every month or engage priests of all religions to bless the area in order to entice more people to buy Smile
