result for 3Q2013 will be close to breakeven because most of the revenue from The Laurels has been accounted for, and the company incurred some costs due to the launch of Waterwoods EC. But big $$$ will be coming in due to collections from The Laurels in 3Q2013....in 4Q2013, the company will also receive $$$ from Waterwoods EC even though there would not be any revenue recognition from Waterwoods.
For example if average psf is $750psf for Waterwoods and taking 500,000 gross floor area, the total sales proceed will be around $375m and most probably they will be collecting 10-20% of this total sale proceeds in 4Q2013 depending on the sales and the average price psf.
