I'm still waiting for the URA Master plan which has not been out yet!! Anyway, the following is company research coverage initiation from AmFraser Research!!

We initiate coverage on Sing Holdings with a BUY rating and a fair value of S$0.56, based on a 40% discount to our RNAV estimates of S$0.94. Sing Holdings, a niche luxury developer that has recently moved into the EC segment which has strong supply‐demand dynamics, currently trades at a massive 56% discount to its RNAV. With earnings visibility and huge cash inflows from pre‐sold units of The Laurels and two other launches, Sing Holdings will boast of a stronger financial position and a stable dividend over FY13‐15. We expect its pipeline of projects to add S$0.33 to its current NAV.

thx for infor.

I was at their Robin site 2 fridays ago. They have cleared the land and fenced up the area. Saw some construction workers there. In their full year announcements, they expect that construction would start in 2Q2013 and when I was there a fortnight ago, my take is that the company are going to build a showroom soon, right after the masterplan is out and stick to the old plot ratio.

But I have been reading from analysts that they expect Robin to be launch in 2014......if so then i take it that they are going to go for the new plot ratio.......

Here is an update : Seems like the Launch of Robin is delayed till 2014 to coincide with the opening of Stevens MRT.
