Since this is an EC Condo, the breakeven price and selling price for EC condo should be lower. Hence, the breakeven should be around $550 to $600 psf and selling price likely to be around $700 to 750 psf

Launch price is around 2500psf. I expect SH to launch it at the same price they launch for Laurels.
