Besides the respective stock exchanges and the companies' own websites, Morningstar also stores the annual reports of many companies. This is useful when the companies' websites or the stock exchanges (think: SGX) only store a few years' worth of reports.
I have managed to locate reports going back to 2000, a good improvement over the "past 5 years" that SGX offers.
The reports are online in Morningstar's "Quicktake" section under Filings. I usually find it easier to just search for "<company name> morningstar quicktake".
If you know the company's Morningstar stock code (different from the SGX or Bloomberg code) you can also directly modify the URL to get to their reports. Remember to modify the country code too.
This works for companies on other exchanges too, not just SGX.
