IMO, there is no absolutely best asset class to invest. Warren Buffet success in equity investment, so do Donald Trump success in property investment.
To an individual, chose an asset class that you feel comfortable with, within your competency, and be excel on it. Success will likely fall-in in due course.
Warren Buffet does not fall into financial problem in his more than 40 years career in equity investment
Donald Trump does fall into financial problem during 1989–97, due to the effects of the recession in 1989, left Trump unable to meet loan payments. Donald Trump started his career around 1968, which is almost the same time as Warren Buffer in 1965
Will that conclude Warren Buffer sleep better at night than Donald Trump? Should we apply similar logic to conclude Musicwhiz sleep better than property investor with high leverage?
I do not have an answer. I will let readers to answer it
