My bad u're right he had 86m shares before the bonus share so the 22M he received is the 25% bonus

Both billings and bookings were stronger for the first five months of 2014 than in 2013.

The bookings figure is 2.4 percent lower than the final April 2014 level of $1.44 billion, and is 6.6 percent higher than the May 2013 order level of $1.32 billion. Reversal!!
Bought some today at 55.5c. Stock price should continue to rebound barring any unforeseen circumstances (major shareholder selling shares).
