I hardly talked about stocks nor investment gains with my relatives or friends.

Actually, I don't talk about my stock performance with my acquaintances unless I'm running losses, haha...

The problem is they know I'm somehow or rather able to survive on stocks without a job. So, short of telling them a lie that I've struck Toto or Big Sweep, to get them off my back, but then again, that'll invite a different set of problems.. Big Grin

i think nobody ask me about investing because i have nothing to show on me. Anyway when someone really asks, i always tell him about my losses and never about my winnings. Except here i tell a lot of my nonsense. Thank you all for tolerating and for letting me learn more and more. Ha! Ha!TongueBig Grin
WB:-

1) Rule # 1, do not lose money.
2) Rule # 2, refer to # 1.
3) Not until you can manage your emotions, you can manage your money.

Truism of Investments.
A) Buying a security is buying RISK not Return
B) You can control RISK (to a certain level, hopefully only.) But definitely not the outcome of the Return.

NB:-
My signature is meant for psychoing myself. No offence to anyone. i am trying not to lose money unnecessary anymore.
