Seriously, I am still waiting for it to drop another $249 psf...patient is the key word here, patient!

agreed... patiently waiting.. Big Grin

Europe might spring some surprises... :O
1) Try NOT to LOSE money!
2) Do NOT SELL in BEAR, BUY-BUY-BUY! invest in managements/companies that does the same!
3) CASH in hand is KING in BEAR!
4) In BULL, SELL-SELL-SELL!

Personally, I seriously doubt will crash to 2009 level.
Nevertheless, I am also looking for something to my liking and affordability.

To balance between rental yield, rental demand and installment + interest isn't a simple task.
Esp if another Lehman Bros scenario is erupting ard us.

Take a look gents.
No wonder CCRs demand are dropping like flies.

I still think OCR selling at >1400 sqft is unbelievable, regardless of quantum or not.

Thanks KBW, for listening to us the voters. Which begets the question.. Do we need to continue another 60.1% support for the MIW in GE 2016?

Afterall, you guys only listen when the unbearable voices become loud and clear. Dodgy
