I missed the AGM.

Was there any questions on how G Leisure intend to unlock value of its assets? If they were, how did management answer the questions?

Thanks

Hi gg,
I extended my stay in HK so also missed the AGM.
One of my friend who attended shared with me the followings;
-Management not keen to put the hotels into reit.
-The value of the hotels should be more than double of what is stated in BS.
-Management will revamp the property of Molokai to add value , some lands at the southern part of the island had been bought for industry purpose. The success of the revamp very much depend on the local gov and the natives. QLC told the audience he couldn't promised anything yet.
-The oil and gas sector should be promising as more findings are expected because BHP and Esso are going deeper and wider of the area to extract more.
-Hotel occupancy rate should remain at around more than 80% level.

To unlock shareholder value, Management will look at providing more sliced fresh fruits on the buffet table at the next AGM.
