Like I say, paying 1615 psf for a 99 yr leasehold pile of brick with downside and next to no yield (in view of the huge of supply coming), people are happy.
Across the neighbourhood got freehold noone is interested to hunt for bargain...
Tell them to long a infrastructure stock with 7.5% yield, people are fearful...
Not as if Fed rate hike will not affect everyone...

Good evening everyone.
High end or low end HDB is still a leasehold flat. HDB is a basic roof over our heads. I know a number of Singaporeans bought a second home with No bank loan.
What is lifestyle? Where is lifestyle? I believe in a simple lifestyle.

Bro KBL, salute to you. I also prefer living in HDB. People are simpler and more friendly in general. Less likely to quarrel over car park space and more helpful.
I also lead simple lifestyle.
Come 2016 - give up my OPC car. Use Car share, save on season parking and yearly maintenance...
