The recipe for long life from my observation is control of eating, too much rich food usually does not lead to long life.

for me I think live till nearly 70 enough already. Any older enjoyment and pleasure becomes meaningless and food also becomes tasteless Big Grin

Yes! Some scientists recommend one day fasting per week to not only live a longer life but also to "escape" dementia or some old age sicknesses. Wonder how much truth in it? But my mum lived until 93 because she was very picky on her food. But also not angered easily. In fact i didn't see her getting really angry even once in my life. A little angry, yes but rarely.Tongue
WB:-

1) Rule # 1, do not lose money.
2) Rule # 2, refer to # 1.
3) Not until you can manage your emotions, you can manage your money.

Truism of Investments.
A) Buying a security is buying RISK not Return
B) You can control RISK (to a certain level, hopefully only.) But definitely not the outcome of the Return.

NB:-
My signature is meant for psychoing myself. No offence to anyone. i am trying not to lose money unnecessary anymore.
