I forgot to accept the exit offer. trading is now suspended as AGP now holds ~73% of shares. What happens now ?

It seems not many pple accepted the offer ? Ong family orginally owns abt 46%, which I assume they have sold to AGP (65% owned by Ong family). So less than 30% of the remaining shares were sold to AGP ?

If the Company decide to delist, they will send you a share certificate. You still have the right to attend and vote at AGM/EGM, receive dividends and KP at AGMs, etc.

Actually, at 23% free float (100% - 73%), the share still can be listed coz it is still above 10%.

I suggest you read the offer circular to see what is the course of action that can be taken by the Company.

Doesn't the offer close on 8nov 5.30pm? If so, you can still accept offer if you wish to.
