With an order book of $146.0m (as at 3Dec16) in the bag - equivalent to approx. 1.5 years' worth of normal structural steel work - TTJ is poised to pose a strong turnaround in revenue and profits in this FY16 ending 31Jul16 and possibly into FY17 as well.

I am looking forward to the big $0.08/share dividend payable on 18Dec15 which will be a real boon for some serious Christmas shopping!

I guess the question to ask is why Mr Teo want to buy the 60mil shares in the first place? Assuming he has a plan to carry out, why is it so important to clear away this 17% block of shares? His pre purchase holdings of 68% gives him control over most stuff anyway.

B'cos Tat Hong wants to sell off, instead of offloading in the open market and depress the price, Mr Teo just go for married deal directly!!

Yes, PBT excluding forex losses increased by 24%

Think it might be comparable to FY14 where the operating cash flow before changes in working capital was 31 mil (8.8 cents)

As for Christmas shopping, I am really curious about what Mr Teo would shop for, after the 8 cents dividends are paid.

His purchase on 28 Apr 2015 of 400 lots at 34 cents was around the book value then. Right now, TTJ is also trading around XD book value...
