I read this article (hardcopy) today and I was wondering, how does someone like him make their money on penny stocks like this? It was mentioned that he had made over $3 million by flipping over billion mDR shares.

Anyway, in a separate but somewhat related news about US equity funds, I noted that one of them made significant purchases into SIIC. I looked at the brief numbers and there is nothing remotely attractive to me. What could remotely be the values in such small cap counters?

What a consolidation, 500-to-1! The share price will "shot up" from 0.1 cent to 50 cents per share, after the consolidation...

I wonder if they do a 10-1 share consolidation, will they drop to 0.001 again

If they do a 50 to 1, I wonder how long will it take for Digiland to fall below 0.2 and commence another round of consolidation.

At the current 0.1 cent per share, the market cap is slightly more than S$50 mil.

After the 500-to-1 consolidation, a share price of 20 cents, means S$20 mil market cap.
