slowly creeping up after boss buy-in, closed @ 32c today, up more than 10% of bosses buy-in 136.7k shares price @ 28c on 6th Jan 2017.

2Q results out with small bump in interim div to 1c. Otherwise business as usual.

Co. has also started dividend policy of at least 30% payout. Not sure why they bothered, since they are already paying out around 50% already.

Avi Tech fought very hard to get out of SGX watchlist. Dont think it wants to privatise.

Avi Tech fought very hard to get out of SGX watchlist. Dont think it wants to privatise.

Lol their business was on track to become profitable cash cow after selling the loss making USA side, plus easy to do 10:1 consolidation, so even 5c company can become 50c and get out of watchlist.

But so far boss only have 33+% and top 20 SSH only have total ~67% of float so it will be a while yet before anything like that happen loh.

Avi-Tech was in 2 watch-lists, both MTP and Profitability. Consolidation works only on the former.

Not sure why the thread has not been updated since 2017. Anyway, came across the following article. Also, from the latest full year results, company seems to be in net cash position.

Excerpts from Lim & Tan Securities report:

Avi-tech’s market cap is $46.2 million, with $34.5 million in cash, 
representing 75% of its market cap.

Final dividend of 1 cent, interim 
dividend of 0.8 cents and special dividend of 0.5 cents amounts to 2.3 cents and pay-out ratio of 85% and yield of 8.5%.

PE is 10x while price to 
book just under 1x........

Net asset value per share was 28.97 cents. Net cash generated from operations was S$6.1 million, primarily due to the profit generated for the year. .....

thanks for posting. After rise in share price past 2 years and returning to profitability after which the puff ran out this year, its not been doing much, so guess nothing much to talk about hence no one posts lol.
