I have a question that kind of bothering me,
When the company declares a dividend which is sth "Less Tax",
what's the proper way to calculate the actual return?
This happens for REITS counters,
For example,
SUNTEC REAL ESTATE INV TRUST DIVIDEND 27 Jul 2011 29 Jul 2011 29 Aug 2011 010411 - 300611 SGD 0.00571 TAX EXEMPT
SUNTEC REAL ESTATE INV TRUST DIVIDEND 27 Jul 2011 29 Jul 2011 29 Aug 2011 010411 - 300611 SGD 0.01961 LESS TAX
For the "SGD 0.01961 LESS TAX", how much tax to be deducted?
