it is worth buying 1 lot - ROI of 100% in 4 days and 100% dividend yield yearly thereafter.

Free shirt is not guranteed every year..

Downside: no free shirt + loss of capital if it is a s-chip fraud.

The cost price of the free shirt is very low.

$150 selling price already feels expensive to me. I wonder how many people in China would buy, given their median income is below that of Sg. As a matter of fact, $150 can buy a very very very high end shirt in Sg.

I predict that trade receivables will definitely drop in the next quarterly report. They know it is a major subject of concern now.
Of course, convenient ways to reduce it may include "returning" or "offsetting" with cool "incentives' like renovation subsidies and ad-hoc sales incentives.

Not vested, and warning against overly positive analyst reports remains.

Momoeagle - I have read your posts in other forums before and after you have started this thread here mid last yr. No offence intended but I am curious why you so often attack this counter only in the various forums when there are 700 odd counters in SGX. Having said that, I agree with some of the negative stuff in your posts re this counter. Take it easy buddy.

It's one counter where the red herrings are so blatantly obvious, but analysts have been calling for buys since 32.5 cents with an extremely positive outlook and giving no regards to these red herrings.

I don't think you have read my other posts in detail, because I have given this explanation before and much more. There is no attack at all; I'm stating only facts and figures given publicly by the company, and drawing conclusions based on the figures.

Finally, this is the last textile S-Chip I studied before I changed my investment style. The rest which I have once owned, warned and exited (C.Sky, HongXing) have gone belly-up. The other textile counters do not have equally obvious warning signs yet (I own Fuxing once), or at least I'm too inexperienced to be able to detect.

I can be wrong, no doubts. But it would be good for would be investors to always consider both sides of the story for a more rational judgment.

momoeagle - Thanks for reply. Can't totally trust analysts, whether S-Chips or not.

Query is of no use, SGX should do a thorough audit of all the S-Chip with the main aim of finding fraud. the best way to increase equity participation is to make sure that people don't get trapped by bull-bear cycle as well as fraud that will wipe out all the investment.

the problem is whether SGX can direct an audit or not if they find nothing wrong yet. If SGX anyhow asks for audit, where does SGX put the auditors?
