Management fee is significantly smaller amount than rental income. If you are focusing on PL Sq Rental the most direct beneficiary is LKH that owns 80%.

LKH is trading at a steeper discount to book value and in no time will be sitting on a mountain of cash. In addition, LKH is also sitting on landbank in Johor that is being acquired at next to nothing levels.

Check out LKH on its on thread.

Vested in LKH

I like the retail mall management which generates recurring income by providing mall management services for Tiong Bahru Plaza, Century Square Shopping Centre, Hougang Mall, White Sands Shopping Centre, Tampines 1, Liang Court and Central Plaza.

MV being below book value is a plus point with the NAV increasing over the years. Definitely a value stock with a good buffer.

Correction here. I believed GTS only has 10% and LKH has 90%. pls verify.

Guthrie continued its downward slide, sliding more than 10% over the past month since its peak.

Are there any news that caused this? Or just Mr Market acting up again?

Also any vested regretting not letting it go last month?

Based on technical charts, it faced sell down over the last few trading days. However, fundamentals are intact.
Management has acquired properties which should add to the recurring income going forward.

NAV of $0.91. Based on the MV of $0.75, a good safety margin. EPS of $0.12 means PE = 6.25 x.

I continue to like this counter and will add more to my portfolio at an appropiate price.

As you can see, I had made this comment on 2/3/2013. It had faced sell down pressure by Mr Market and continues to face correction.

NAV = $0.93 and not $0.91.

I had wrote on 7/3/2013. Apparently, $0.715 is a support. This counter has shown resistance by rising over a period of time to provide long term shareholders a share price appreciation on top of the reasonable dividend yield.

I continue to believe this share has good fundamentals.
The lower the price the better, I can accumulate more.

Don't worry be happy. As long as buying more makes you feel happier and sleep better at night, by all means keep accumulating.

Thank you. You are right. My investment principle is to invest at an appropiate price that I am comfortable with the right yield. Sleeping better is important too.

Health is wealth. Cheers!

Substantially higher volume traded today with a higher closing price. Is there any good news?
