Sometimes, the main shareholder just wants to try his luck. In this case, his luck isn't that good so far. Around 73.88% till date.
If he hits 85%, the probability of raising the price will be higher.
Currently, even he raises it to 97cts, the rest may not bite too.
So, why spend the extra $$$ and still end up not being able to delist.
As so many had said, 88cts is cheap. So, the substantial shareholder has already raised his stake at a cheap price of 88cts without resorting to buying it through market.
The probability of a revised offer is half-half. Personally, I do not think that Mr Putra Masagung is in a hurry or desperate to delist. But who knows, maybe we will see a revised offer this evening.
At the other end, Mr Ben Chng of Viz Branz is quite desperate though.
